I read somewhere than if you just take a considerate amount of time
everyday and put your hand on your stomach and take deep breaths and
pause when you are about to breathe out you can achieve a deeper and
louder voice. Also one where you do the same thing but also one hand
on your chest and make sure neither your shoulders or chest are
moving. I want to be able to have an easier time talking to people at
a distance.
How many times a day and for how long should I do this?
