'Midsomer' dream for ZDF

'Misomer Murders'BERLIN -- Forget the forensics-fueled plots of "CSI" and "Bones." In Germany, British series "Midsomer Murders," and its steely-eyed Det. Chief Inspector Tom Barnaby (played by John Nettles) has been enjoying rollicking summer ratings with its old-fashioned and darkly humorous mysteries.Set in the lovely yet fictional quintessentially English county of Midsomer, the long-running ITV series has found diehard fans in Germany, where the skein has continued to top the ratings in its primetime Thursday slot on pubcaster ZDF.The July 21 episode, "Blood Wedding," attracted 4.72 million viewers and an average 16.5% market share, the highest ratings of the day.By contrast, some 2.84 million tuned in for "CSI" and 2.69 million for "Bones." Even RTL's own hit Autobahn cop show "Alarm for Cobra 11" was no match for the Blighty series, attracting 3.15 million for an 11.3% share.The previous week, "Midsomer Murders" drew 4.74 million and a 16.3% share, again scoring the best ratings on July 14 and again thrashing the competition: "Alarm for Cobra 11" attracted 3.38 million, "CSI" drew 2.81 million and 2.68 million turned out for "Bones."It was a similar picture the week before that as 4 million viewers watched "Midsomer Murders" on July 7, again putting ZDF at the top of the ratings. While reruns on RTL may have helped "Midsomer Murders," the show's huge popularity is undeniable.But the flashier U.S. detective shows won't get a break: ITV's new season of "Midsomer Murders" has yet to reach Germany. has died. Now if they can only make it seem as if the other brother
died first, hundreds of thousands of pounds (in Victorian England when
a pound was a pound) will be theirs.

Panasonic says "Hollywood damaged 3D"

*Panasonic Marketing Director Andrew Denham has criticised Hollywood
for releasing substandard 3D movies.*

At the recent Intellect Consumer Electronics show he made some pretty
scathing remarks

"It all comes back to quality," Denham said. "Hollywood damaged 3D by
rushing so many badly converted films out in the _Avatar_'s wake."

He added, "What we need now is the next level, the next _Avatar_. And
that's a big ask, I think." Denham was not alone in his disapproval.
Channel Director of Sky 3D John Cassey seemed to agree, "It's very
easy to make bad 3D."

He told the show's panel, "At Sky we only make native 3D programmes,
and our first stage of production is always to forget about the 3D
altogether.”

With industry giants like Panasonic and Sky making such incendiary
remarks, could the future of 3D be under threat?

Question for 'third rock from the sun' fans?

In the season one episode 'father knows dick', Sally has a
confrontation with Mr Randle's mother in the bathroom of a restaraunt
and appears to come off second best. However, later in in the episode
Mr Randle is congratulating Sally on how she handled her mother in
their catfight. Does anyone know what happened in the end?

Will this technique really make my voice deeper and louder?

I read somewhere than if you just take a considerate amount of time
everyday and put your hand on your stomach and take deep breaths and
pause when you are about to breathe out you can achieve a deeper and
louder voice. Also one where you do the same thing but also one hand
on your chest and make sure neither your shoulders or chest are
moving. I want to be able to have an easier time talking to people at
a distance.

im planning on writing a song but i cant figure out a topic or a song
title

How can i progress on Fl Studio?

I really feel like i am stuck in my progress like i really would know
any motivating tips. Kind of how you guys started out with FL and how
you progressed(please dint just say try everything, experiment) i
really tried all most anything but cant come any further.

Well my fl experience is:
I know all the basics like
- pattern
- play list
- octaves
- where everything on the display is (menu to the right, and stuff)

Here is what i am really struggling on

making a real melody i just cant seem to figure out how to do this
have watched tutorial but in the end when i watch tuts all i end up
with is copying their Melody's.

adding a little flavor to the track really get stuck with some main
4-6 (inc piano, or ch, syn) sounds then i feel like that is enough

wELL IN THE END MY QUESTION IS HOW DID U GUYS SURPASS THE ESE PROBLEMS
AND BECOME GREAT PRODUCERS, LIKE WHAT DID U DO(WATCH TUTS, TRY, LEARN
NOTES, LEARN HOW TO PLAY PIANO, BUY A MIDI KEYBOARD) ????? PLEASE

X-Men: First Class is a 2011 American super hero movie directed by Matthew Vaughn. Based mostly on the heroes showing in Marvel Comics, it is a prequel to the X-Men movie collection. POLL: Chris Brown fans...do you like his old music or his new music?

Personally, I really miss him as the musician he used to be. His music
clean and he didn't use much autotune then. And his music was clean.
His new music is crap. There are a few good ones, but why does he have
to cuss now? And don't say because he's grown. Being 22 doesn't mean
you're grown. His music is just like everyone else's music now. I miss
the old CB anyone else? Plus, I don't care about him talking about
sex, but he over does it allot. "Take you down" was a good song about
sex and was alright to listen to. But now he goes all out and says
nasty things. Grr!
